The 12th International Conference on B-Physics at Hadron Machines will be held from
September 7th - 11th 2009 at the Institute of Physics (Physikalisches Insitut),
University of Heidelberg, Germany.

The purpose of the Beauty 2009 conference is to review results in the field of B-physics and CP-violation, as well as to explore the physics potential of upcoming B-physics experiments, with a focus on hadron machines.

Dedicated to the memory of Peter Schlein.
